Hong Kong Exhibition and Convention Association
Hong Kong Exhibition and Convention Association was formerly Hong Kong Exhibition Association and it was firstly joined by 10 main hosting institutes in exhibition sector in May, 2008. Acting as a representative among the counterpart enterprises, it aims to promote the commercial benefits for the members by communicating with Government and legal institutes. With the development and progressing of the Association, further amendments were made to the constitution to expand the membership to include event hosts and vendors within exhibition sector. When changed name to Hong Kong Exhibition and Convention Association, it plays a more active role in exhibition and convention sector with fast development. Because of its enhanced representative and high social status, it exerts its influence fully to assist in promoting the commercial benefits for its members.

Chinese Society of Museum is a mass and non-profitable academic institution.
The goal of CSM is, under the leadership of Chinese Communist Party, to unite those who are working at museum, insisting on the policy and principle guiding culture relic preservation that rescue should be regarded as the first priority with preservation as mainly method through effective protection, rational use and enhanced management. We should spread about the study atmosphere of Letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend and together with combining theory with practice, seeking truth from facts. All sorts of academic activities should be carried out to promote the development of museology research and to make contribution to the socialist material and Spiritual Civilization.

China Exhibition Association
China Exhibition Association (CEA) was established in June, 1984. It is the only organization in the exhibition sector nationwide. It’s a national level 1 association and also has a national membership of World Exhibition Association.
CEA is joined by hosting organization of exhibition, exhibition hall, exhibition center, exhibition engineering company, exhibition transporting company, exhibition media, Institutions of Higher Study, Institutions of Exhibition Research and some other institutions and enterprises with legal personality and is concerned with exhibition industry. Currently, it has about 200 members, covering the range of 29 provinces and 70 cities, among which, those member institutions who joined in the name of regional exhibition association or industry association has their own members up to a thousand. The coverage of the business from all the members is all over the entire exhibition industry chain.
In order to adapt to the rapid development of China exhibition industry and carry out competition and cooperation within international exhibition industry, approved by SAC ofState Council and Ministry of Civil Affairs, CEA is setting up several committees according to the general view, they are Committee of Exhibition Planning, Committee of Exhibition Engineering, Committee of Exhibition Theory Research. CEA is gradually stepping into a national exhibition association.
With global economic integration and rapid economic growth in China, China Exhibition Industry is faced with unprecedented challenges and opportunities. CEA will unite all the colleagues to create a brilliant future for China exhibition industry by advancing with the times and making self-disciplines.

Shanghai Convention & Exhibition Industries Association
Shanghai Convention & Exhibition Industries Association (SCEIA), established in April, 2002, is an inter-departmental, inter-ownership, non-profit social institution joined voluntarily by enterprises engaged in convention, exhibition and other related business. It is a new trade association with the characteristic of being a general representative.
By June, 2007, the association has 406 members, the constituents of the members are of diversity, covering the main business scope of exhibition and other related business, among which, 10 are acting as vice presidents, 5 are permanent members and 29 are directors.
Since the five years of its establishment, in compliance of national laws and regulations, it performs actively the four functions: Service, Representative, Coordination and Self-discipline. Under the guidance of function departments, the association assists the government in exhibition industry management and carrying out all-round creative work to protect the legal benefits of its members, improve the overall quality of practitioners, do surveys and statistics, from self-discipline mechanism, achieve all sorts of certification, organize international communication and cooperation. In the meantime, it devotes to provide the service of good quality to all the member enterprises and embodies its mass and representative characteristic, so that it builds up a harmonious platform to make communications between the enterprises and government.
